In the original nucleus, disposed around a closed courtyard, new spaces and modifications were necessary to incorporate technology and installations without compromising the identity of the building. This intervention successfully enhanced the beauty of the volumes and the rustic wall texture.

With Geopietra^®, the manufactured stone, the historical ambiance has been preserved and even restored to its former splendor, fulfilling renovation requirements. The large windows of the gym and relaxation area, overlooking the pool, follow the construction method of the existing windows, with lintels and abutments clad in Geopietra^® manufactured brick.
