An elegant private villa on the shores of Lake Maggiore is reborn thanks to an accurate restyling. The façade, redesigned by Geopietra® Moderno model in a dark grey shade and with dry laying, now blends into the landscape, while the glass windows give depth to the structure, breaking down the boundary between inside and outside. The emotions brought by the elongated shapes of the manufactured natural stone are appropriately juxtaposed with the wooden elements and the glass of the windows and balconies, all surrounded by white and grey tones. A structure with modern and squared lines, able to stand out with class from the surrounding buildings and to propose itself as a unicum in the area.
