This large residence made of timber (Kager®) is characterised by exclusive finishes, fully customised architectural features and energy-efficient technology. With incomparable craft quality and construction timescales, the unique design undoubtedly represents one of the most important examples of green building design in the Emilia-Romagna area. The design includes two separate buildings situated in a large garden, which share timeless, elegant style. The residence features tall porticoes and classic trussing, and interacts with the modern lines of the glass parapet on the balcony and the large, luminous glazing. The architect Andrea Ravagli is an expert in energy-efficient design, and chose murogeopietra® Burago from the Spontaneo collection to illustrate the typical architecture of the Emilia-Romagna countryside, transforming cultural identity and tradition into contemporary charm.
