The company's research and development department, contributed to the creation of a now almost unobtainable model of stone artifact, called "Cassaga" by Geopietra® and now available in the varied range of the catalog. The villa follows all the rules of living comfort, energy saving and sustainability, which are now unavoidable. The structure, made entirely of reinforced concrete, has been clad with 30 cm of external EPS thermal insulation, using Geopietra^®'s guaranteed installation system of processed natural stone called Mastrosistema^®. Photovoltaic panels, water recycling and architectural research complete this jewel perfectly integrated into the nature of one of the most beautiful lakes in Europe.
