One of the villa's standout features that adds character is Geopietra^® manufactured stone, which is made from natural materials and recalls the essence of tradition while meeting contemporary architectural requirements. The Geopietra^® model chosen for the project is custom-made and features shades ranging from grey to brown, with an irregular texture. These features highlight the timeless aesthetics of the material, perfectly integrating it with the landscape. The dry installation, without mortar, is enhanced by the special Geofit^® inserts that elegantly fill the gaps between stones, recreating the effect of ancient dry-stone walls. On the exterior, the building showcases a refined blend of materials: wood, brick, and manufactured stone merge harmoniously. Inside, the stone defines and separates the space between the kitchen and the living room, ensuring visual continuity and a fluid transition between the rooms. The desire to create a building that would meet modern requirements for sustainability and well-being led to the use of Abitasistema^®, the tested and guaranteed system for applying Murogeopietra^® on external thermal insulation. An innovative solution, without compromising the beauty and functionality of the living space.
