‘’Franco Crugnola” known also as “Peter Hide 311065”, is an Italian architect, artist and designer. He was born in the 1965 in the province of Varese. He gets in touch with the pop art, Hip Hop culture and adheres to the first movements of the milanese street art in the late ‘80s working on citizen walls. In the 1991 after the military service he passes his “Gap Year” in the United States where he personally meets the Pop Art and Street Art international masters. Back in Italy he graduated in Architecture at Politecnico di Milano in the Design department in the 1994 presenting as graduation thesis its first e-book of the history born in 1992 with Isabella Rigamonti, called INCIPIT”. He collaborates in the design segment with important brand such as Swatch and Alessi and many other companies in the interior design. His Architecture and Design studio opened in Varese in 1995, which from the very beginning became the meeting point between art, design, architecture of the city, open to cultural debates, art and music exhibitions. He exhibited at the first Malta Biennale in 1995 and won the second prize. He actively participated from 1996 to 1999 in the Real Art magazine founded by Malcolm Gibson in Carlisle, Cumbria (UK). In 2003 he created the pseudonym Peter Hide 311065, which still accompanies him in his artistic research today.
