Each villa has 300 sqm of habitable surface in addition to 200sqm of solarium and balconies, and also technical rooms, cellar, garages and parking. For this important project, the Turin studio F&F Design Studio with at the helm Arch. Fulvio Fantolino, chose the murogeopietra^® Toce and Blumone models, for both retaining walls of the terraced gardens and as cladding of the villa’s facades, mixing Corten slabs and wooden slats, in a perfect contemporary style characterized by clear lines, balanced forms, where the attention for the details are immediately perceived. The choice of Toce and Blumone models semi-dry laying, is inspired by the ancient walling typical of the Ligurian landscape. The art of dry laying, indeed, has nowadays a main role in the architecture, both in the faithful reconstruction, and in the modern interpretation of the themes of tradition. With the Plus dry laying, that uses the Geofit^® components, it is possible a workmanlike implementation is possible, revealing a strong tone and a natural character rich in history.

In the realization of masonries, the choice of the architect involved also the use of Gecover, studied to harmonize themselves with the vast range of murogeopietra® shades. We can see them installed in the presence of walls against ground to contain the green areas and with the supporting pillars of the glass balustrades of the panoramic terraces. The chosen landscape context, the excellent planning, the choice of technically advanced materials and the state-of-the-art implementation make this extra-luxury project a true corner of paradise.
