The project has been elaborated by the real estate Studio, Pro & Immo, that called for the Geopietra® reconstructed stone to clad the base of the residence. The chosen model is CAMUNA in the ARETINO shade. A very particular and raffinate tone, a balance of grey/green shades with small spots of warm beige tones. A tenacious and elegant tone, also for small indoors walls. A tone that can enhance the neutral, minimal, modern or rustic furniture. The stone walling, blends perfectly with the light wooden structure chosen by the architect and fits perfectly with the mountainous landscape that surrounds it. Murogeopietra®, laid on external thermic insulation in EPS, is guaranteed by mastrosistema® inspected system.

The coating in reconstructed stone Geopietra®, thanks to its particular composition, guarantees the rise of the thermic phase shift, therefore the protection from thermal shocks. Other fundamental aspects are represented by the overcoming of seismic test and of non-propagation of fire on the façade, inspected recently in France through the CSTB (Centre Scientifique et Technique du Bâtiment). An important project in full harmony with the enchanted natural environment that surrounds it.
