A green oasis, adorned with rows of lavender, brightly coloured hydrangeas, and a wide variety of flowers and climbing plants, reflects the owners' passion for gardening and their love of natural beauty.

The villa’s exterior walls feature Geopietra^® manufactured stone, imparting a sense of continuity and coherence to the overall design. The stone model used is Blumone in the warm shade of Marrone Terra, which, in contrast with the beige colour of the GeoBi mortar, creates a visual harmony that enhances the environment. The elongated shape of the stones, handcrafted and hand-coloured, accentuates the horizontal lines of the architecture, seamlessly and naturally integrating into the context. Furthermore, the stone defines the perimeter of the villa and combines with large windows that create a perfect connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The Blumone model also clads the fireplace nestled at the centre of a small gazebo, detached from the main body of the villa. The stone thus adds a touch of authenticity to the outdoor area, where a warm and inviting atmosphere encourages pleasant evenings spent in good company, surrounded by the natural beauty of the garden.

Marco Van Veldhuizen has meticulously designed the interiors as well, selecting materials that recall some of those used externally, thereby preserving an aesthetic harmony that flows throughout the villa.
